this guy does not understand that for one some people cannot afford to only reward no barking when their dog is driving nuts both themselves and the neighbors. secondly, maybe the dog finds barking more rewarding than the reward for now barking…
anyhow, in my experience sound exercise program and e-anti bark collar have solved the problem. now my dog doesn’t even have to wear one…

German Shepherds are weird about wagging their tails…this dog may not be his. They aren’t exactly your “i want to play ball with anyone” breed of dog. The dog is fine. He probably just thinks of it as a massage. My dog paws at people until she gets stroked.
Know, dogs like being petted, it’s like a massage. They will let you know when they are annoyed by a growl or attempt to get away.
He is panting and licking his lips because he is probably too warm. What do you think he should be focusing on? His owner just looks like he is conversing with the camera man, the dog is just happy to be getting petted by his owner. He doesn’t know he is being filmed, I think he’s probably fine.
that dog is deffiently unsure with whats going on, hes panting with his mouth wide open, licking his lips, looking away and focusing away, and doing the whale eye. He doesnt look very confident..
